January 24, 2011: Applications open
Note: Rolling interviews.

At time of application: $50 application fee
Note: This is used administrative purposes only, in the processing of your application. Should any of these funds remain at the end of the process, they will be directed strictly towards the funding of the Spread Trees, Not AIDS programme.

March 9, 2011: Applications close at midnight.
Note: In order for your application to be considered complete, we must receive your: completed application form, resumé, and application fee ($50) by this date.

March 9 – March 13, 2011: Interviews held either over the phone or in person.
Note: Only applicable to applicants who have advanced to the second round of the selection process.

March 14, 2011: Selected International Youth Ambassadors will be notified.

March 26, 2011: First instalment of programme fee is due ($1,950)

April 16, 2011: Second instalment of programme fee is due ($1,950)

LetsStopAIDS strongly encourages participants to develop a fundraising strategy to help fund their participation in this international opportunity. Please note that all fees submitted are non-refundable.
