Our Approach

Spread Trees, Not AIDS is our principal international project, bringing together two pressing issues of our time: HIV, and environmental degradation.  Together, these devastating forces are crippling work forces, sapping resources, and disempowering the millions affected.

In partnership with local organizations, LetsStopAIDS is setting out to develop a sense of environmental stewardship among youth of HIV affected regions, while fostering leadership skills in health promotion.  Spread Trees, Not AIDS is a sustainable and educational, action-based leadership programme through which we aim to inspire and mobilize youth for positive social change.

In summary, our workshops aim to address:

1. HIV prevention and stigma alleviation
2. Environmental conservation
3. Leadership development – within youth, and in communities
